How it all began
Phoenix Industries is led by over 50 years of combined sales, customer service, manufacturing and management in its leadership.
Vincent Norcia brings 40+ years of sales, production, and management expertise to his role as General Manager at Phoenix Industries. Having worked for a major national manufacturing firm, Vincent carries a wealth of knowledge in both production capabilities as well as sales.
Brent Norcia serves as Sales Manager at Phoenix Industries. Joining in 2009, Brent brings his 15+ years of sales and customer service experience to helping grow the customer base in various avenues, expanding the reach of Phoenix into new industries with his team.
